Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Showtops.com. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man & the Scottish Highlands & Islands. There are no surcharges for any of these locations.

Our couriers

We ship with Royal Mail & APC. Which service your order goes with depends on its size, weight & the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery options & costs

Available delivery options & their costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We offer free delivery on orders of £75 or more.

Tracking

You can expect your tracking email within 7 to 10 working days of placing your order. It will include your tracking number & a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received it after this time, please check your junk folder or get in touch.

Bulk orders

Placing a large order? It may be sent in multiple parcels or by pallet. Please contact us at hello@showtops.com & we'll confirm delivery details before you order.

Missed deliveries

If you're out when your courier calls, they'll leave a card or attempt redelivery, or leave your parcel with a neighbour or safe place where appropriate. Please follow the courier's instructions to rearrange delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery address before completing your order. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible & we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please email hello@showtops.com with your order number & we'll sort it out as quickly as we can. For damaged parcels, photos of the packaging & items are really helpful.
