Show Tops (“Show Tops”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 05958820), with our registered office and workshop at Unit 1, Beehive Business Centre, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9TE.

This policy covers the data we collect when you use showtops.com, place an order, or get in touch. You can reach our data team at any time at hello@showtops.com.

When you browse, order, or contact us we collect: your contact details (name, email, phone, delivery address), your order details (garments, sizes, personalisation, cast lists) and any artwork or images you upload. We also collect technical data — IP address, device and browser type — automatically as you use the site.

Payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your order, send digital proofs, provide support, and keep you updated on your order’s progress. Where you’ve opted in, we send occasional news about new shows and offers — you can unsubscribe from any email in a single click.

Our lawful bases are performance of your contract, our legitimate interest in running the shop, and your consent for marketing.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working — your bag, your session and your preferences. With your consent we also use analytics cookies to understand which pages and products people find useful.

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order and to meet our legal and accounting duties — typically six years. Artwork and cast lists are retained only as long as needed to fulfil and support your order, then deleted on request.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
