7 business days from artwork approval is standard.
Do you handle the licensing for shows?
No, the licence needs to come from you. To order promotional clothing linked to a particular show, your stage group or school must hold the correct licence for your production. If you're not sure what you're covered for, check with your licensing holder or drop us an email at hello@showtops.com and we are happy to help.
Minimum order quantity?
There isn't one. Order a single piece or a full cast. Bulk discounts apply automatically: 5% off at 6+, 8% off at 11+ & 10% off at 25+.
Can different cast members order different sizes?
Yes. Every piece in a cast order can be sized individually, so you can send us one size list for the whole group.
What artwork do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) but can work with high resolution PNGs. If you only have a low quality logo or a rough idea, send it over & we'll tell you what we can do with it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to the UK & most European destinations, with free UK delivery on orders over £75. If you're unsure whether we deliver to you, get in touch & we'll confirm.
